Welcome to Beats in the Moment. By accessing or booking our photography services through our website beatsinthemoment.com, WhatsApp, or any other official channel, you (“Client”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Services Offered

  • Beats in the Moment provides professional photography services including, but not limited to: weddings, pre-weddings, events, portraits, and corporate shoots.

  • Service details, inclusions, and pricing are listed on our website or shared with you during booking.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment.

  • The balance amount (if applicable) must be paid on or before the event date as per the invoice.

  • Payments can be made via our secure online payment gateway, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

  • We do not store or process full credit/debit card details on our servers.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details (date, time, location, number of guests, etc.) at the time of booking.

  • Ensure required permissions at venues (entry passes, photography permits, etc.).

  • Cooperate with our team during the shoot to achieve the best results.

4. Deliverables & Timelines

  • Photo and video deliverables will be shared as per the package selected.

  • Standard delivery timelines: [8 weeks for edited photos, 10 weeks for albums/videos] (to be customized by you).

  • Delays may occur due to peak season, unforeseen technical issues, or pending client approvals.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All raw and edited images remain the intellectual property of Beats in the Moment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to use delivered images/videos.

  • We may use selected images/videos for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes unless you provide a written request to restrict usage.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • The initial 25% booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If the remaining balance has been paid, clients may reschedule the shoot within 12 months from the original date, subject to availability.

  • Cancellation by the client forfeits the booking amount.

  • In the unlikely event that Beats in the Moment must cancel the wedding photography shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made.
    This refund will be processed and issued within 30 days of the cancellation notification. 

7. Payment Terms:

 In the event of payment delays or issues, The Wedding Pratha reserves the right to:

  • Suspend the editing process temporarily.

  • Retain possession of project hard drives.

  • Withhold delivery of final outputs.

  • Cancel services without prior notice.

8. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must follow the terms outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take utmost care in delivering services, we are not liable for:

    • Delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, accidents, strikes, or events beyond our control.

    • Loss of data due to third-party technical failures (cloud storage, payment gateways, etc.).

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific booking.

  • If the client does not complete payment or collect the hard drive within a reasonable timeframe,
    Beats in the moment reserves the right to release project backups from the company’s storage after one year from the wedding date.

  • After this release, Beats in the moment is not responsible for data loss or corruption.

10. Payment security information

  • At Beats in the Moment, the security of our clients’ payment information is a top priority.
    We use industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect all payment transactions on our website.
    Our payment gateway providers comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements to ensure safe handling of sensitive information.
    We do not store any payment card details on our servers; all transaction processing is securely handled by trusted third-party payment gateway partners.
    By using our services, clients agree to secure payment practices as detailed herein.

 
11. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Your personal information is collected and used in line with our Privacy Policy.

  • We ensure industry-standard measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Amendments

  • Beats in the Moment reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

  • Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
