Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Beats in the Moment, we strive to provide the highest quality photography services for weddings, events, portraits, and special occasions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which bookings may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment through our website or other approved channels.

  • The advance payment ensures your slot is reserved exclusively for your event date and time.

2. Cancellation by the Client

If you wish to cancel your booking:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled event: Eligible for a full refund of advance payment, after deducting any payment gateway charges.

  • Cancellations made within 7–13 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund of advance payment.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: Advance payment is non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling by the Client

  • Rescheduling is allowed once without extra charges if requested at least 7 days before the event and subject to our availability.

  • For rescheduling requests made within 7 days, additional charges may apply.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Beats in the Moment

  • In the rare event that we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, technical issues), we will:

    • Offer to reschedule the booking at no extra cost, OR

    • Provide a full refund of all payments received.

  • We may also recommend trusted professional photographers as alternatives (subject to client approval).

5. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Delays may occur depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway policies.

6. Non-Refundable Services

  • Advance payments for urgently booked shoots (within 72 hours) are non-refundable.

  • Any customized services (albums, prints, edited videos) once delivered are not eligible for a refund.

7. No-Show Policy

  • If the client fails to attend the scheduled shoot without prior notice, the booking amount will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
